Please read the following Terms & Conditions for Galleria Lucia. Any order on Galleria Lucia online store means the complete acceptance of the present T&Cs by the Customer buying a product. These T&Cs can be saved and/or printed and are available from every page on the Galleria Lucia online store. These T&Cs can be modified at any moment. The T&Cs that apply are the ones accepted by the Client when completing his order.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The content on the Galleria Lucia website (logos, trademarks, pictures, text and designs) is protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You do not have permission to copy, modify, distribute or reproduce content from the Galleria Lucia website.

ORDERS
Once you have placed an order online, you will be sent a confirmation email informing you that your order is being processed. If there are any problems with your order we will inform you as soon as possible. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reason. In such circumstances, you shall be informed and a refund (if pre-paid) will be issued accordingly.

SHIPPING POLICY
All our products are carefully handmade especially for you, therefore the lead times may vary. Subject to stock availability, orders will be despatched within 1-7 working days after you receive your order confirmation.
​NOTE: The despatch time during the busy period, as Black Friday and Christmas, may take longer - up to 1-2 weeks. Please bear this in mind when purchasing and thank you for understanding, after all, you will receive one of a kind candle that was carefully handcrafted especially for you.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with the tracking details. Shipping time may vary according to the service you have chosen at the checkout. Deliveries outside the EU may incur additional charges such as local taxes for which you are responsible and payable by you.

DAMAGED GOODS
Galleria Lucia undergo a product quality check before orders are despatched. However, if you receive damaged goods, you must inform us via info@gallerialucia.com within 2 days of delivery for us to arrange an exchange or a refund. When contacting us, please include your order reference number, your name and product name of the damaged items. We also will ask for evidence, such as a photograph of the damaged products. ​ All Galleria Lucia products are handmade, therefore some variation between the same product can occur. For candles, the surface of some products may have or acquire frosting or air bubbles due to the features of pure soy wax. This is not considered our fault.
RETURNS
We currently do not accept returns, as all our products are made up to order. However, if you’ve received a faulty item please let us know and we’d be happy to replace it for you.
