Galleria Lucia was born from a deep love for art and interior design. Inspired by the ancient sculptures admired in museums, we are captivated by the way the human body is embraced in these timeless works. Our creativity, combined with the latest innovations, allows us to create beautiful pieces that echo this heritage. What started as a one-woman show has blossomed into a family business, fueled by passion and dedication. Now, with thousands of happy customers around the globe, our Berlin-based atelier meticulously handcrafts each piece, ensuring exceptional quality and individuality.

Here at Galleria Lucia we design and create everything in-house - from concept to a perfected product. Every step of the creative process, from the initial idea, detailed design creation, sculpting and mould making, to hand pouring is done in-house by hand, making each item, and our designs a one-of-a-kind artisanal product. All our designs hold design patents. We are focused on disrupting the traditional candle industry and delivering a unique product to our customers. We like to stand out from the crowd and don't limit ourselves in terms of product size and complexity. We are proud to say that we create some of the biggest sculpture candles in the market, towering at 25cm and weighing up to 1.3kg.

quality and craftsmans

All of our products are handmade, which means they are filled with passion, love, hours of work and made using only the highest quality materials. We use only the finest natural soy wax and cotton wicks to create the highest quality sculpture candles. Each candle is unique and takes hours to perfect by our master chandler (candle maker) and we pride ourselves in setting the highest of standards with candle pouring. Handcrafted items will always have their soul and will be one of a kind. That’s why we strive to deliver only the highest quality and unique luxury experiences here at Galleria Lucia.

sustainability

One of our core values is sustainability. It is reflected in everything we do. As well as using only responsibly sourced materials, we actively upcycle any products containing imperfections while ensuring nothing goes to waste. We also encourage to reuse our classic candles, by offering candle refills. Our packaging was carefully designed not only to protect our candles but also to be sustainable. Every candle comes in a bespoke box. created from FSC certified materials, meaning that it is obtained from sustainable cultivation. It is also recyclable.

PACKAGING

Galleria Lucia candles are a unique and delicate piece of art, therefore we wanted our packaging to be no less, and showcase a real art itself. Our goal was to create bespoke packaging that would not only be sustainable, protect the candles, but would also be hand-painted by one of my favourite artists that I met in Berlin - Laura Manteca Martin.

I believe that handcrafted items have so much love in them and it's one of our biggest values, therefore I wanted it to be handpainted rather than a generic digital equivalent.

Laura is a very talented artist, specialising in watercolor painting with focus on florals and body aesthetics, therefore, she was able to see my vision and paint beautiful artwork containing the designs of our candles. We are extremely proud of our beautiful hand-painted packaging that perfectly complements the beauty and elegance of our candles.

Most importantly the materials we chose to work with are FSC certified, meaning that it is obtained from sustainable cultivation. It is also recyclable.

This unique packaging highlights our statement piece candles and makes it a memorable gift for any occasion. We hope you like it as much as we do.
